I had so much work it was not funny. There were times it got so intense, I felt my head was going to explode. This week had new clients and new biz - hence the crazy workload. That's the thing with managing a team and clients and all the responsibilities and trying to keep to the half day schedule. And a lot of it wasn't just about the work, it was dealing with people. Sometimes it's about taking the extra patience and time to teach the juniors (seriously those in my agency are a little too junior - I'm talking about a year's experience) and sometimes it was managing and understand certain behavior.
Couple intense work with embarrassing moments (I unknowingly stained my pants. That's all I'll say. Sigh) and an upsetting incident with the hubs, the week was not good, not good. Today I'm home, trying to get down to completing a newbiz pitch, which I desperately want to win - not just because it's a great account, it's also one my big boss thinks we don't stand a chance (against a number of branded agency).
Well. There's always next week. Hopefully it'll surprise me with a bed of roses.
Ah...sounds stressful! So sorry about all the "little" and "not so little" annoyances! Thankfully His mercies are new every morning...so get ready to start fresh...leave the weight of yesterday behind and press on! Praying you have a better week and that you see Him in every circumstance!
